---1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your VERTEX Scalp Therapy System, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories (charging unit, cable, user manuals).
* The device must be in good physical condition, free from structural damage caused by misuse.
* You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order number.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and the designated return shipping address.
3. Package the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. 

*Please note: Unless the product arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.*

3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at **elidrissi.steammed@gmail.com**. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card via 2Checkout / PayPal) within --5 to 10 business days--, depending on your card issuer.
